Warning signs of stroke and heart attacks:

- A person who is having a heart attack will often be short of breath. Whereas a stroke may cause problems with their vision, hearing or balance depending on the area of impairment.
Common symptoms to both heart attacks and strokes:
- Nausea
- Dizziness
- Sweating profusely
- Sudden headache
Both conditions need immediate attention. A quick call to the emergency unit of hospital in the nick of time might just save a life.
Prevention of stroke and heart attack:
- Regularly getting an annual checkup done by your doctor.
- Following his/her advice.
- Eating healthy foods.
- Getting plenty of rest.
- Exercising daily.
