This vitamin is vital for growth, formation and repair of body tissues. It protects mucous membrane of mouth, throat, lungs and nose, and is critical for healthy skin. It also features as the most important vitamin in preventing night blindness.
Vitamin B Complex and folic acid
Vitamin B Complex is group of vitamins called B1, B2, B6, B12 etc. They are essential for digestion of carbohydrates, normal functioning of the nervous system, heart and muscles. It stabilizes appetite, promotes growth and generates energy.
