The problem is more with people who are tall as they lean forward most of time to work on their computers. Easy Solution: Try to fix the chair as per your height so that the level of the table or your computer and the chair is matching exactly.     Too much bright light or even flickering lights cause irritation to the brain leading to headache. It can be the flickering computer screens or a house bulb but continuously looking at them can cause head pain. Easy Solution: For your computer, use anti-glare screen protectors or adjust the brightness as per your convenience. Avoid sitting under florescent lights as they tend to induce such flickers and cause head pains.
